I have a few photos of a DC-3 (N877MG) owned by the Historic Flight Foundation in Everett, WA. It rolled off the line as a C-47, and flew the Hump in WWII, and was then converted to a DC-3 in 1953. Although it was part of the war effort, it was NOT owned by any military entity (according to the docent I talked to, it was owned by a quasi-military coperation). Would it qualify for consideration on this site?
Aaron The bird in question: EDIT: According to this website, it was a US Army Air Corps C-47 (S/N 43-48377) after all. |

When in doubt, please upload and mention its military history in the comment field. This helps with the considerations of the screeners.
Reading your story, its does qualify to be taken up in our photo database. |
